We had a pleasant experience. Loved that the hotel was superior! The concierge was friendly in every way. Moreover, Wi-Fi in the rooms was awesome.

Really close to a tube station, it makes every part of Sapporo easily accessible. The hotel was in a recreational area. The stay was absolutely comfortable!
